weekend in new mexico

chris and lena spent the weekend in new mexico visiting chris' parents. here are some photos from their adventure. (also, note the new hairdo. she's growing out the bangs and trying a bob, she looks so grown up!)

lena the world traveler.

very chic with her yellow ducky carry on bag.

pink camo jacket: check. walking stick: check. hot pink crocs: check. i think she's ready to hike!

soaking in grandad and nana's wood-burning hot tub.

Go Big Green!

As you can see, Eli is very excited that the Ducks are in the sweet sixteen and he will be cheering for them on Friday.

the girl wants to go!

she's working her way up to an official crawl, but she's still a scooter at the moment.

i think she may be showing signs of the bolin chin...?

the perennial skeptic

eli frequently appears to be worrying about tax season or some such thing. what a funny boy!

the many faces of lena tink

all within about 30 seconds...

i love this picture of lena. by the way it was 70 degrees here yesterday, we didn't have to wear our jackets at the park!

beep beep!

here comes the squash bus! oh the things you can make with veggies. lena thought it looked like candy and wanted to eat the whole thing!

lena at the park

i'm just amazed by this girl. check her out on her new pink beach cruiser!

this week with the twinkers

the babies got to experience the grass on their toes today. it's getting spring-ish here!

looky-loos

this is why they tell you not to use the bumbo seats on a raised surface...

here's eli flexing a little attitude...

here are the promised tutu photos!

out and about

i had to take some photos for a work project yesterday so i snapped a few extra photos of the babes. they have outgrown their baby car seats, so they've graduated to a new stroller and big kid car seats. (stella is in blue, eli in white.)
