happy thanksgiving!

we had a wonderful thanksgiving despite the pouring rain, and we are certainly thankful and blessed with three amazing kids. let me just say, though, that trying to get a halfway decent family photo with goon #1 and her two tiny sidekicks is just about impossible!

tinker girls

here are two pretty pictures of the tinker girls. in lena's photo, she's doing one of her poses (oh dear!). note: that's a pony tail holder, NOT a gigantic ear ring...

for stella's photo, lena has picked out stella's outfit and special hat. what a little cherub.

bumbo babies

here are eli and stella in their "bumbo" seats showing off their double chins. they'll sit in these seats for about 10 minutes and stare at each other and sometimes make each other laugh, which is really funny and cute to watch.

bald spots

check out eli and stella's bald spots. stella (on the left) has created a perfect circle. eli's is a little harder to see. both their hair is definitely thinning!

Halloween

Lena picked "batgirl" for her Halloween costume this year. She looked quite stunning and especially enjoyed wearing lipstick. Eli and Stella had to go as themselves, because one batgirl costume was all I could muster up this year...

two baby gnomes

my friend got these super fuzzy sweaters for the babies and they wore them for the first time today. they looked about as cute as anything i've ever seen.

chicken hat

look at those eyes, he's gonna be a heart breaker.

lena quotes

first photo:
"ask me a question every time I open my mouth, ok?"

second photo (in a whiney voice rolling around on the bed):
"I need help cleaning up my room!" Gee, ya think??

happy campers

here are some new photos of the babies in their ducky pj's...

family reunion

this past weekend was the bolin family reunion at the beach cabin. the weather was great and lena had a fabulous time, even though she got splashed by a big wave!

a visit to the doc

eli and stella had their two month check ups on monday. they also got their first shots. it's so sad to see band-aids on their cute chubby thighs. eli weighs 12 lbs 2 oz, stella weighs 11 lbs 4 oz and they are both 24" long. nice and healthy!

some tinker shots

caught in the act

check out the spit up in action...what a shot!

smiles!

here are the faces that make all the hard work worthwhile!! check out the eli dimple...so cute.
